Goodness is a sweet thing that is burrowed in our bones. Nay, shining in our spirals of DNA; is the shine. So many times in my journey in this life when I find myself hung out wayward, clawing back desperately to some vague balance by reading book after book, theorizing, contemplating, reflecting to endless meanderings in futility, I find a constant comfort the moment I remember it all really comes down to doing something good, and good for someone else. When this happens, it's like a magic goes from my heart to another, and I see that shining then in them, which makes me shine more. Oh yes, oneness is something that can be a private revelation and nonetheless jubilant but for oneness to be lived we remember it's always better together. 

This documentary television show brought me to this and I am blessed for it. To the people of Tanna: harmony, peace and unity! You have taught me (again) the beauty in simple kindness and the truth of the heart that is love. Watch this and share in the goodness that is the gift we all are when we're giving.
