Join us for an inspired evening of movement and deep relaxation, sound and silence, and joyful community in a very special location. Liz Huntly and Roland Jensch will lead you through a yoga practice and meditation suitable to all levels, accompanied by the magical crystal singing bowl soundscapes provided by Darren Austin Hall. Located in the sanctuary of the magnificent historic church at 82 Sydenham St., a notable Kingston landmark for more than 160 years. Now known as The Spire, the space is evolving to become a community hub beyond its traditional role as a place of worship. All bodies welcome.
