Indigenous wisdom is not savage or the whimsy of brutes but rather a hyper-advanced know-how that has constantly defied the understanding of colonial cultures. Ironically, as Western civilization comes to grips with its rampant idiocy concerning how to relate to the natural world, it would appear we are the less evolved.
Indigenous wisdom is pervasively described as being primordial, meaning rooted in the beginning of time itself, meaning very ancient. Moreover, many tales tell of wisdom being offered via what some would call 'Gods' and 'Goddesses' such as the Egyptians, or from advanced cultures such as the Atlanteans (to which some Native Americans elders teach). There's also honouring of alliances with the 'Star Family' of extraterrestrial origin. There's also interfacing with the grand consciousness of the Planetary Mother, Goddess Earth Herself. Profoundly, the ancient name for the Earth Goddess according to some Pagan Gnostics is Sophia, a word also meaning wisdom and the root of the word philosophy--'philo' (love of) 'sophy' or Sophia (Wisdom or the Goddess of Wisdom that is Earth).

The Mayans are, like many indigenous peoples, rising in stead and respect as they share their own profound wisdom with an increasingly connected world. The Mayans carry a particular knowledge about how consciousness evolves in the galaxy according to the initiation of certain 'timewaves': galactic frequency waves emitting from a kind of Source force/entity that influences all lifeforms in the galaxy. This is, of course, the famous Mayan Calendar and the Mayan are now realized as experts in how consciousness evolution is 'timed'.
2012 was a date portended by the ancient Mayas as a landmark when we would enter into the 9th wave of consciousness evolution, whose primary characteristic is UNITY.

It is fitting in our current times that we as a species are being significantly shaken to witness all the startling ways we are divided. Oppression is rife in subtle and gross forms, from systemic racism to the mind-controlling onslaught of the mass media. However, this is not a struggle to be driven into cynicism by but to rouse a heroic effort on behalf of all humanity to once and for all strive to wake up a world where everyone truly is unified. Already, that new world commons is being forged along some powerful lines of creativity, such as the diverse actions of the environmental movement, the honouring and stewarding of indigenous wisdom, and new energy sciences that would liberate truly sustainable and harmonic technology. It is up to us to find resonance with this 9th wave of UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS and take part in its inevitable crashing across the shore of our planet to usher in an immense shift of evolution.
A powerful practice to work with to bring oneself to resonance with the 9th Wave is to 'load the Heart' with intentions as the intention holds a particular frequency. Resonance is when two frequencies phase or become coherence, much like a flock of birds fly in perfectly harmonized flight patterns. When we focus our awareness on UNITY, we establish resonance with the greater galactic waves streaming through our planet, gaining access to a wealth of inspirations on how to manifest UNITY in our world.
